(b) 1 UNIT- 3TONNER SPLIT TYPE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT
(c) 2 UNITS- 5TONNER SPLIT TYPE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT
The PORO POINT MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (PPMC), through the PPMC 2012 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php455,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Small Value Procurement of the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONING UNITS AS FOLLOWS :
(a) 3 UNITS- 2HP AIRCONDITIONING UNIT (WINDOW TYPE)
(b) 1 UNIT- 3TONNER SPLIT TYPE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT
(c) 2 UNITS- 5TONNER SPLIT TYPE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT
Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Request for Quotation.
Poro Point Management Corporation now invites the Suppliers to submit their Quotations for the Small Value Procurement of the Contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONING UNITS AS FOLLOWS :
(a) 3 UNITS- 2HP AIRCONDITIONING UNIT (WINDOW TYPE)
(b) 1 UNIT- 3TONNER SPLIT TYPE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT
(c) 2 UNITS- 5TONNER SPLIT TYPE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT
Please be guided by the following general conditions of your participation in the aforesaid procurement:
1. The following documents must be submitted:
A. LEGAL DOCUMENTS
a. SEC Registration for Corporation or DTI Registration for Sole Proprietorship or CDA Registration for cooperative or any proof of such registration;
b. Mayor’s Permit for CY 2012 issued by the City or Municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located; and
c. Valid and current PhilGEPS Registration.
B. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
d. Statement of all ongoing and completed government and private contracts, including contracts awarded but not yet started, if any, whether similar or not similar in nature and complexity to the contract
Please submit duly accomplished Forms 1 and 2
e. A valid Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) license and registration for the type and cost of the contract to be bid.
C. FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS
f. Audited Financial Statement for CY 2012, stamped received by BIR or its duly accredited and authorized institutions; and
g. Computation of Net Financial Contracting Capacity which should at least be equal to the ABC to be bid or a commitment from a Universal or Commercial Bank to extend a credit line in favor of the prospective bidder if awarded the contract to be bid in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the ABC.
NFCC = [(Current Assets minus Current Liabilities) (K)] minus the value of all outstanding or uncompleted portions of the projects under ongoing contracts including contract awarded yet to be started.

E. FINANCIAL PROPOSAL
1. Please submit duly accomplished Form 3 and Form 4.
Quoted price must not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract.
2. Please sign all pages of your submitted documents.
3. Please submit all documents in sealed and marked envelope as follows:

4. Deadline of submission is on June 28, 2012, 10:00 A.M.
5. The Purchase Order shall be issued to the supplier who complies with all requirements and who submits the lowest price quotation.
6. Delivery must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Purchase Order. Failure to deliver within prescribed period shall be subject to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% (0.10%) of the cost of the unperformed portion for every day of delay.
7. Price validity shall be for a period of thirty (30) calendar days.
The Suppliers may obtain further information from Poro Point Management Corporation and secure the prescribed Request for Quotation from 8:00A.M. to 5:00P.M.
A complete set of Request for Quotation will be issued by Poro Point Management Corporation at the PPMC Administration Building, Gov. Joaquin L. Ortega Avenue, Poro Point Freeport Zone, Poro, City of San Fernando, La Union from June 14, 2012 until before the deadline for submission of Quotations on June 28, 2012, 10:00 A.M. The Request for Quotation shall be received personally by the prospective Bidder or his authorized representative.
Interested suppliers shall submit their duly accomplished Quotation in a sealed envelope to the Bids and Awards Committee at the PPMC Administration Building, Gov. Joaquin L. Ortega Avenue, Poro Point Freeport Zone, Poro, City of San Fernando, La Union on or before June 28, 2012, 10:00A.M.
Opening of duly accomplished Quotation shall be on June 28, 2012, 10:30 A.M. at the above address.
The contract shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance of Purchase Order.
The PPMC reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, annul the procurement process, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected contractors.
